Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using unclutr, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use unclutr for personal use.

3. Subscriptions (Plus & Pro)

  • Optional Purchases: Plus and Pro are optional in‑app subscriptions.
  • Billing: Managed and processed by Apple via your App Store account.
  • Auto‑Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage/Cancel: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Trials/Refunds: Any free trials and refunds are handled by Apple’s policies.

4. Family Sharing

  • Eligibility: Pro supports Apple Family Sharing as permitted by Apple.
  • Scope: Access is provided to eligible family members; each member’s data (e.g., Safe Photos, local stats) remains on their own device.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to access or process photos without proper authorization or consent
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software
  • Using the app for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable data privacy laws

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any access credentials.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to failure to secure your credentials.

7. Liability Disclaimer

unclutr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the app.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

8. Termination Clause

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for:
  • Violation of these terms
  • Abusive behavior
  • Legal compliance reasons

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of unclutr after changes constitutes acceptance.
